How We Work Together

If sleep doesn't come easily, or stress and anxiety have quietly become the backdrop of your days, or you keep meeting the same patterns without knowing how to step out of them — there's a gentle way in. Breath, movement, and stillness work directly on the nervous system, beneath the noise of thinking your way through it. Over time, many people find more than relief: a new closeness with their own mind, and a quiet trust that wasn't there before.

We begin with a conversation — usually around an hour. I ask about your days, your body, what's actually been hard, and what's already been tried. There's no form to fill out and nothing to prepare beforehand. By the end, we'll know whether this is the right fit, and what a first small practice could look like for you.

From there, I stay close. There's a simple way I follow up as your practice takes hold, so the follow-through never depends on you remembering alone.

Some people, over time, also choose to join a small group of fellow practitioners for online classes — another way to stay in practice and deepen their understanding, alongside the work we do one-on-one.
